The goal of good psychotherapy is change, and therapy can help you identify and work towards your goals.
A good therapist is someone you can easily talk to, and cares about you and your challenges. Your therapist will work with you to identify areas in your life that you want to change and support you through the process.
As a relational therapist, I am attentive, empathic, compassionate and committed to the therapeutic process. I will listen carefully and work with you to understand and make connections in your experience. I will make sure you feel seen, heard and appreciated as a unique individual in all of your richness and complexity.
While I will help you to understand the nature and origins of your challenges, I will also help you see and use all of your strengths and talents toward the life you want.
If we work together in the therapy process, I will work with you to understand and change difficult issues and relationships that may be getting in the way of feeling good and functioning in your daily life.
