Participating in psychotherapy offers a number of benefits.  Amongst them, it is helpful to have somebody who understands you in a relationship based in mutuality and therapy may give you a fresh perspective on a difficult problem and direct you towards a solution.

In addition, many clients may say that the benefits of psychotherapy include:

• Helping you overcome certain problems, such as low self esteem or anxiety.
